It is the first ambulance provider in the country to reduce door-toballoon time , or the time it takes to treat a heart attack . It uses an advanced telematics platform for fleet management , utilising built-in wi-fi to transmit critical patient data from devices such as EKGs and ultrasounds to the destination hospital while en route . It expects to continue to provide high-class patient care in the face of ever-increasing demand , high community expectations , changing demographic profiles , and more patients with complex chronic noncommunicable disease .
