The concept is reflected in Agile47 , “ Ag ” and “ 47 ” being Silver ’ s atomic symbol and number , respectively . With the care principle of agility of the mind , body , and soul , Agile47 was developed specifically for the Silver Generation to feel “ 47 ” again !

The program takes place within OFH , which houses a permanent collection of over 400 award-winning pieces of original contemporary abstract art from Greater Asia , 15 water and tropical gardens , and a fully operational vegetable and fruit growing facility called The Farm . Residents can explore these therapeutic elements freely at their own pace and time .

Lastly , the nutritious culinary program , a cooking class that provides a hands-on opportunity to create healthy meals , teaches residents how to recognise the importance of nutrition in healthy aging .

PeppoMint coordinates with FPH ’ s dietitian and the hotel ’ s culinary team to prepare nutritious and balanced meals using fresh and locally sourced ingredients . The menus are designed to meet the specific dietary requirements of older adults , promoting overall health and well-being .
